For the procedure should come after 1.5-2 hours after meals. The patient is positioned on a massage couch or table facedown. The head is turned sideways and the arms are lying along the body. The massage starts with working on the back and then the doctor massages the neck, lumbar spine and buttocks. The doctor then massages the legs from the thighs to the feet.

  • vibration (even, gentle shaking of the skin and underlying tissues).

General massage improves blood circulation, breathing, digestion and hematopoietic function. During the massage the nerve endings get a stimulating impulse, at the end of the procedure they relax and this is transmitted to the entire peripheral nervous system.

The massage supports the expansion of capillaries and increases the microcirculation in the tissues, it activates the venous outflow, normalizes the metabolism and tissue regeneration processes.

Body massage improves blood flow to muscles and joints, strengthens ligaments and tendons. It avoids muscle atrophy and contributes to faster recovery of paralysis and paresis.
